Why would Shell move up north when they are building so much over on Dairy Ashford? They were building over there when my husband worked for Shell several years ago and they still are. It would make absolutely no sense. (Scratching head.)

And I10, just north of I10 at Dairy Ashford. This is the campus they sold a couple of decades ago to Pitney Bowles pension. Im not sure what requirements remain but it could complicate such a move... and they have added to this campus significantly over the last 10 years too

Word is it's not necessarily a move/relocation from their downtown or woodbranch locations, but most likely a consolidation of their other employees in the area into a campus. Phillips 66 is also rumored to be doing the exact same somewhere in the area. 45N is blowing up and traffic is going to be a nightmare.

Phillips 66 is building their HQ in Westchase.

i sure hope not. you think Shell might though? i wasnt aware Phillips 66 and Shell had so many people spread across town that could stand to be consolidated somewhere.
