Dear all,
We are in the process of relocating to Houston from the NE and I have been trying to get a sense of the West University market as we are getting ready to make the move. I was told that most houses are going above list price so I tried to get the sold prices from the public records but to no avail!! My houston acquaintance said that only a HAR realtor can do this? We still don't have one so I was hoping if there would be a kind realtor who could give me some of the sold prices for the following?

3817 Browning St,West University, 77005-2039 - home value - HAR.com

3819 Riley,Houston, 77005-4324 - home value - HAR.com

3121 Wroxton Rd,Houston, 77005-4028 - home value - HAR.com

I can get the range but I was hoping to get the sold price, the range is pretty wide. Thanks so much in advance!!

The sold prices are not public information. You should hire a realtor as a sellers agent to help you. If you PM me, I will give you the name of the realtor we are currently using in West U. She is a real go getter.

Sorry, I meant buyers agent. The seller typically pays a 6 percent commission and it is usually split between the buyer and the sellers agents. You need a buyers agent to move quickly on any properties in West U.

1. Go to homesnap.com
2. Type in the West U zip code
3. At the next field - click on "Recent Sales" on the upper right hand side
4. On the "Recent Sales" - register yourself as a user.
5. Once you have a user name and password - enter them in "Sign In" field of "Recent Sales"
6. Voila - all the exact sale prices will be shown.
