Our one year home warranty expires end of May and we're thinking on doing a one year home warranty inspection. Any recommendations on home inspectors specifically for one year warranty inspections?

I'm leaning towards using Chuck @ Homecert based on previous reviews on this site.

Just used Chuck on my frame inspection on new construction and couldn't be happier. Extremely thorough, and thoughtful. Will never use anyone else.

I did try to use it before I bought our house. It is worth it I have heard. Unfortunately in our case for some reason he wasn't able to do it due to some unforeseen reason but he did give us refund so thats why I like working with Chuck because he is honest and detail oriented.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Chuck in person but have communicated with him. I've seen how he operates and am impressed. Chuck is a good choice!

As for the Thermography question yes it can help identify issues that can not be directly seen. It is well worth considering.

All is $1,100 a normal price for a three phase inspection? I always thought it was more in the 6-700 range...please advise. Thanks

Where did you obtain the "6 - 700 range" figure from?

My parents had an inspector do all three for $650. But that was last year so I'm not sure if prices have gone up. I was just trying to compare prices...
