I recently bought a house and moved out of my apartment. Unfortunately I had to pay a big penalty, but I was wondering if there are any laws where the resident moved out because of poor living conditions (I witness crimes in the locality, and was a victim of motorcycle theft.
The brazen apartment manager said its common in this area. ******* did not loose his 12K motorcycle.
Anyways, I want to get back to him and sue the apartment complex for poor security and lack of protection for residents.

Is there a law for the same?? :cryin g:

Out of curiosity, what area was it? If it was in a high-crime area, apartments would not be immune to that crime.
