Hello...I need to take my BMW to repair shop. The dealership is charging truck load to just look at it. Is there a good auto shop specialized German cars near Katy area?

Not in Katy but is worth the drive. Near Downtown. I have several BMW's (8 Dinan,7,M5) and I take them to TGA (Texas German Autohaus). 20 years with these guys. Rates are so much reasonable comparing with the dealership. German family owned and only German cars allowed. Hans knows what he is doing

Can second Hans at TGA - he's the guy for any BMW needs. My family and I have been going to him for 20-ish years as well. Class guy and an expert with BMWs.

I do not trust the local BMW dealers at all! Best to go with a recommended shop that isn't affiliated with the dealers.

There's this guy on Park Row. I was underwhelmed when we had him quote something for us but your experience may vary.
