What are y’all’s thoughts on the future of Sunset Heights as a real estate investment. I’m talking specifically about the quadrant north of Calvacade between Main and Airline and south of 610. It’s not deed restricted or historical but it’s zoned to Field Elementary.

It's gentrifying very quickly, along with Lindale Park and the corridor along 45 inside the loop.

Looks like prices have already spiked there quite a bit so the money has probably already been made.

I’ve kind of been thinking the same thing. The lack of deed restriction is kind of limits it I think.
