Hi everyone!

I am moving to south Houston this month, finally! I will be in the Pearland area to be more specific. My apartment is requiring that I have renters insurance and of course electricity before I move in. Being new to the area, I am not as knowledgeable about all this area. In Chicago, where I from, requiring renters insurance is unheard of and there is only one provider for electric and that is ComED. With that being said, please share the cheapest companies that exist in this area for both renters insurance and electricity!
