Here is a video release of Lonnie Fedrick, think Fedrick Harris Estates and one of the original founders of the company along with Mike Moody, the president of the Houston Division of Newmark even prior to the reorginzation process. I saw this yesterday. They apparantly will be going with the name Newmark Homes Houston. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7mW11FHRrk

I wish it wasnt carried on here....we just bought one and the workmanship is horrible!!! We are regretting it bigtime! I work for another homebuilder and my wife is a realtor...I've seen homes 1/4 the price we paid for our home that dont have 1/10 of the problems we are seeing....the sad thing is its all just bad workmanship, sloppy work and it just shows a lack of caring what so ever when we try to address these things and are almost ignored.

....you work for "another" builder, ..... your wife is a Realtor, and the home you guys decided to purchase was of poor workmanship and sloppy? That's kind of silly isn't it?

Exactly. Doesn't look good to say that.

I wasn't impressed with Newmark designs or quality. I decided to go with David Weekly...
