Default Royce builders in trouble
If you go to the implode-o-meter website there is much going on with Royce builders. I know they have some new subdivisions in the making.
You can go on the forum and check it out.

I drove through one of the subdivisons today just to see. It looks like death. Homes broken apart, grass a mile high, homes abandoned with broken garage doors etc. I thought they were building more homes in the back but I stopped and asked someone. It is an assisted living home. OMG!
