Fog isn't rare near/on the Gulf Coast, with 100% humidity and soggy ground for days on end. This is just a seasonal transition but I do think it's a little less sunny than usual. Next month the fronts will come through more consistently and dry things out.

Is it always like this?? When does it get better?
I feel like I'm in London.
Another downside, if this persists, is that monthly heating bills might exceed A/C bills during the hot months.

I like the sun and warmth -- if I wanted cold winters, I'd live elsewhere.

Actually no - I can't enjoy this. I want my Texas summer back......... Quirky, I know but I am Texas through and through and have very low tolerance for cold weather. Keeps me housebound (when possible) on all but the sunniest of cold days.........

It's horrible; I was pissed when I was leaving for Waco and it had been foggy for the past few days. Foggy weather is not enjoyable at all! Now I see why Seattle can be depressing.

Fog makes me want to put on a flannel shirt and drink a lot, and write depressing angry music.

Maybe thats not so bad...

Yes, it is always like this. The rumors you have heard about the sun and heat are all lies created by the mainstream media.
