Go to their website and punch in an address. They tell you within minutes right on the website if it's available.

Just sayin'...

Regarding UVerse, be aware that ATT NO LONGER requires a home phone line in conjunction with UVerse. I thought everyone knew this, until I discovered that my new neighbor is currently having a landline installed primarily because they thought UVerse required it.

Tried that, but according to posts elsewhere their database is not necessarily up-to-date.

Just sayin'...

yes no phone line is needed. had it at my house.
Cinco Ranch should, but a lot of things can make that not possible.

The only thing I see wrong with switching is the fact that our current internet is as fast as the most expensive package from entouch without any upgrades. (About 24 mbps down and 3.5 up) The cable tv service, however, is ridiculous and these crappy DTA's they installed made it worse and the remote is not programmable to my TV. (Panasonic Viera has no compatible code for it) On top of all this they continuously raise the price and that's really the nail in the coffin for me.

I pay for the 8mbps package for about $45. I get free boost to about 30mbps and pull that down consistently.

Maybe try punching in adjacent addresses.

Then give ATT a call.

If you get pushback, follow this process - Questions/Inquiries regarding Pre-qualification for U-Verse - AT&T U-verse | DSLReports Forums
