I was looking up Hampton Cove's lots and I didn't see a plot. How many houses are there in the plan?

Whatever, if you want to talk the legal definition of subdivision.

Hampton Cove is one big neighborhood sharing the same amenities and access roads. You can drive through there and change "subdivisions" 3 times without noticing.

Nope. It is in the City of Huntsville. It has a 35763 zip code which is labeled Owens Crossroads (I've never been to OXR in my life).

Mailing a letter to Huntsville, AL 35763 is invalid as far as the Post Office is concerned. Hampton Cove is valid, Owens Crossroads is valid, but Huntsville is not.

So, when you are ordering something online and you enter Huntsville and 35763 you get a screaming "Invalid city and zip code combination, please try again." It's annoying.

We never put a man on the moon.

Mcullen Cove was supposed to have 3000 houses that ranged between 400K to 1.5 million but they look like they are having trouble filling those houses that they've built so far in this housing market.
