Born and raised in Huntsville and proudly graduated from SR Butler High in 1991 (attended Ridgecrest Elementary and Stone Middle School). However, I did spent most of my summer months and Christmas holidays as a teen spending time with my mother in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles as well.

1973-91 Huntsville, Alabama (with many summers on the west coast)
1991-92 Los Angeles area (attended Los Angeles Valley College...go Monarchs! Rodney King riots were no fun...)
1992-96 Jacksonville, Alabama (college at JSU)
1996-97 Denver, Colorado (working at Univ of Denver, College of Law)
1997-98 San Angelo, Texas (Army training at Goodfellow Air Force Base)
1998-99 Augusta, Georgia (stationed at Fort Gordon)
1999-02 Athens, Georgia (attending grad school at UGA and in the National Guard)
2002-03 Aberdeen, Maryland (for wife's Army training and I worked at Loyola College in Baltimore)
2003-06 Savannah, Georgia (language arts teacher in Savannah Public Schools and in National Guard)
2006-present back in good ol' Huntsville.

I have PH Pulmonary Hypertension Association and I'm depending on my bottles of oxygen.
Here I have always problems breathing where when I'm in AZ i don't have that problem because of the very low humidity level.
So instead of going on vacation in AZ and have to come back to AL and suffer here, I would rather stay in AZ.

And I would love a remote place in the dessert.
It's getting way to crowded here for me.
