The Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route film is pretty good, I've got it. Shows a nice stretch of Idaho's backcountry and riding opportunities, as well as small (OK, tiny) towns.

Gaucho del Norte,” Trailer, from directors and producers Sofian Khan, Andres Caballero, tells the story of a Patagonian sheepherder recruited to work in Idaho. Looks like a good story.
