What are your pizza restaurant options in Sagle? Any delivery?
Does the Conoco gas station have pizza?

I don't think there are any pizza places in Sagle. I think there used to be a place at the Conoco station, but it's been closed for a long time. Not sure about delivery from any of the places in Sandpoint. We're about a 30 minute drive from there, and I don't think delivery is a good option when it takes that long.

We make our own pizza, in fact we have an on again/off again tradition of having pizza every Friday night. It's not really very hard, just takes a few items such as a pizza stone or steel, pizza peel, and some round pizza pans. Dough can be made ahead and frozen, so it's easy to make dough for 3-4 pizzas at one time.

Does Sandpoint have a Papa Murphy's or some other take n bake? That is always another option. You can freeze them too.

There is a Papa Murphys in Ponderay.

I'm quite certain mine is better!

It might be worth a check in the local grocery to see if there is any frozen McKenzie River pizza in the frozen food section.

McKenzie River is a small pizza company out of Montana, and they sell frozen pizzas as a sideline to their pizza shops. They are excellent; a little on the spendy side compared to some others, but are worth the money. There may be a distributor out of Missoula that serves the panhandle.
