Federal challenge to Arizona's illegal immigration law heads to court http://news.yahoo.com/s/ynewspoint/20100721/ts_ynewspoint/ynewspoint_ts3187
A court hearing in the U.S. government's challenge to Arizona's controversial illegal immigration law will be held on July 22, Reuters reported
On the world stage, the Arizona law has sparked even more lawsuits, Mexico filed a legal brief on July 1 protesting the law. Earlier this week, Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Paraguay and Peru filed nearly identical motions to join Mexico's case claiming the law would hinder trade, tourism and the fight against drug trafficking.

actually Mexico and the other Countries listed above are not filing lawsuits against the Az SB1070 law. Mexico has file a "friend of the Court" brief which has no bearing in the federal lawsuit. It carries no weight what so ever.

"Mexico filed a legal brief on July 1..." That is what the article says. Nowhere in the article does it say "friend of the Court" brief.
The OP just posted what is in the article.
Must you nitpick every post?

How can anyone take anything filed by Mexico seriously? Afterall Mexico and it's Government is the cause of the problem and the very reason for Illegal Immigration?
Holy guacamole: 'Hispanic Batman' the book, only available at Comic-Con - Brand X (http://www.thisisbrandx.com/2010/07/holy-guacamole-batman-hispanic-batman-the-book-only-available-at-comic-con.html - broken link) They might as well get this guy to file a legal brief he might get taken more seriosly either him or a masked Mexican Wrestler( Luchadores) has more credibility.
