There it is. You admit it is racially profiling Hispanics. You are saying officers have the right to pull over legal Hispanics to see their "papers".
They have the RIGHT to pull over ANYONE who fits a specific profile and if they are looking for illegal HISPANICS they have the right to pull over any HISPANIC!

No, it is criminal profiling. We do the same when looking for serial rapists and murderers. Most serial murderers are WHITE males, so WHITE males will be the ones pulled over and checked first.

So you are saying, since most Hispanics are criminals, all Hispanics should be pulled over?
How would you know this, do you live in a border state? My mexican friend who is here LEGALLY was pulled over in AZ twice for appearing to be "illegal".
That is nonsense and you know it. How does one look "illegal"? We have many Hispanic-Americans in this country. Your friend is obviously not telling you the truth or you are spinning the story yourself. He was probably pulled over because his car wasn't up to code or licensed or he was speeding, etc. The cop might have even been looking for someone in particular and he fit the description or his car fit the description but no one gets pulled over for looking illegal as there is no such thing as "looking" like an illegal.
I live in California and that is a border state. I only live about 100 miles from the border.

I doubt you live in a border state because stuff like this does happen, mostly in AZ though. He did nothing wrong, not speeding, nothing wrong with his car, but he was pulled over and was asked for his license and then was free to drive off.

Where did the poster say that most Hispanics are criminals? What she was saying is that most illegals here are Hispanics. That is just a fact, jack. But cops still don't pull over every Hispanic person based on suspicion that they are here illegally. You're drinking the pro-illegal kool-aid.
1.License & registration.
2. Where do you live?
3.Are you legally in the U.S & can provide legal documentation?
The question in bold is also on most job applications.
If you would have read the post closely, you would have understood the question was before the stop. The reason for the stop.
Unless you're proposing the officer recite your list while still in his cruiser...prior to the stop?
