At the end of the day our illegal immigrant numbers keep going up and thats what the government wants.

They want a race war and they will get it, unfortunately. When they do get it they plan on having martial law all over, but only for the citizens because it us that all of this is against. The thing I don't think they have thought out is the fact that once it starts I am not to darn sure that even martial law will be able to stop it. They might be getting a lot more than they bargained for. Just remember that we are an armed nation and most would not mind using their firearms.

You have got that right.

People eligible for "U nonimmigrant status" include those who have suffered substantial mental or physical abuse because of illegal activity; have information regarding that activity; and are willing to assist government officials in the investigation and prosecution of the crime. The crime must have happened in the United States (or its territories and possessions).

What is to prevent them from making up 'crimes' in order to stay here? Couldn't just about anybody claim to have suffered 'mental abuse' because their cousin Julio was shot by a rival gang at the border who then took his body back to Mexico? They could make up a bunch of fictitious gang members that the police will then waste time looking for. How could you ever disprove that?

According to USCIS, "Individuals granted U nonimmigrant status may remain in the United States for up to four years, and may be accompanied by eligible family members (spouse, children, unmarried siblings under 18, and parents).

You can bet they will not only stay the full four years (and ultimately never leave), but also keep their 12 kids, 17 brothers and sisters, wife and grandparents here with them. Isn't that nice?
