Well, this should substantially increase the number of illegals filing for worker's comp from staged injuries. Unlike citizens, who are routinely investigated to detect fraud, they will not be monitored once they're deported. They can work when they return home, and still collect U.S. worker's comp. What a cushy deal. I suppose next, if an illegal is injured while crossing the border, they'll be entitled to disability payments.

Interesting that both R and D disagree with the ruling.. State Rep. John Atkins, D- Millsboro, said the ruling is bad policy.
Atkins’ Republican challenger for the Delaware House, Rich Collins, also disagrees with the ruling.
It's an interesting case that will end up at least in the state Supreme Courts hands... From the outside it looks like a no brainer.. but not so fast, one could argue that the outcome of this case could dissuade or persuade employees to hire illegals...
In my eyes, its like holding a home owner responsible when a burglar falls down and breaks his leg on their property.. seems asinine but stranger things have happened..
