I think the residents should be allowed to use whatever colors they want; it makes my house-hunting easier.

I live in a historic district so we are already restricted, but there are at least 100 color combinations so it's not that onerous. It's for the overall good of the neighborhood.

Anything that brings down overall home values is an infringement on the civil liberties of the neighboring home owners.

The first thing one of my neighbors did when they moved in was paint their house in florescent colors and hang up a large mexican flag. It basically screamed to the neighborhood; "LOOK AT US, LOOK AT US....WE'RE MEXICAN, NOT AMERICAN!!!!"

Just wait till they re-build the little shanty-towns in neighborhoods and hang statues/pictures of the Virgin Mary everywhere. THEN it will complete their acclimation to mexAmerica.
