Uh; many kids raised in the US but born elsewhere to NON US citizen parents have been deported. Not just Hispanic kids.
If you want to try to "deport" me because I want my country's borders controlled, have at it. I ain't breaking any laws.
They're not 'deported'. They're accompanying their parents who have been deported. The kids are free to return to the US anytime they like either accompanied by an adult guardian with a valid visa, or on their own once they turn 18.

Ugh don't post that picture, I nearly spit my morning coffee all over my monitor. And now I'm not hungry for my breakfast anymore. Today WAS going to be epic. I WAS about to Quaker Up.
For one thing; they are not all innocent. All have at least committed the crime of illegally entering our country.
Except for the ones that didn't. 40% entered legally, and overstayed their visa, which isn't a crime in of itself (no fine, no jail time, nada).

Except for the taxes and social security they pay with no expectation of ever collecting. It's offset by state benefits to some extent, but they didn't steal it. The government doesn't ask, freely hands the aid out. Who is to blame for being irresponsible with taxpayer money? Elected representatives or aid applicants?

Illegals will take anything they can get away with, from ID fraud to SS fraud.

Citation needed. And with SS fraud and ID theft, gee I wonder why they steal only the things we stubbornly refuse to give them! Stupid illegals why won't you just shrivel up and die!
As a self appointed champion of the law, you should read the law you pasted more carefully. It relates to illegal entry, not visa overstay after legal entry. The law doesn't really matter to you does it? It's whatever keeps those "others" out.

I wouldn't steal from others just because our idiot government freely gives our taxes to those who shouldn't be entitled to it. That's like saying well the bank robber gave me part of his loot so to hell with the bank and I'm not guilty of anything.
Speaking of them supposedly not getting back taxes they pay in this bears repeating.
Illegals don't pay in enough to cover their social costs either. They are costing us billions a year. How anyone can defend these thieving fraudsters is beyond my comprehension. And then they have the nerve to compare them to the plight of our black "citizens" long ago?

Reading comprehension:

commission of any such offense

Let's try this again. This subsection refers to illegal entry by lying. You can enter truthfully, have your circumstances change, and then remain and become "illegal." You would have entered legally, thereby not running afoul of this part of the law, and then continue to be unlawfully present (which on it's own does not carry criminal penalties.)
