Well done Virginia. Now if that butthead governor Kaine doesn't interfere we may still be able to save the Old Dominion from becoming the ESL state.

Kaine is the only one standing in the way. Let's get him out of office when the time comes around. He reminds me of the elite governor Elliot Spitzer of NY. He's got to go...... Meanwhile let's support these bills 150%!

Over 100, Alanboy?

It seems to me ONE or TWO GOOD ONES should do the trick! Any more than that sounds more like JOB SECURITY for the politicians to me.

I'm glad to see Virginia is doing this. But if the feds would break down and actually enforce our laws it wouldn't be necessary.

Virginia politicos want to turn the state blue, with a full-time out-of-control legislature like California, Michigan, or New York. At this point, it's risen to the Illinois level of dysfunction, and not stopping.

Even if the feds would get off their duffs and enforce our laws I think it's good policy for states to enact their own legislation to ensure they protect themselves.
