Hey people wake up, we are crying over something that makes no sense at all. If illegals take somebody's SS# to apply for a job, IRS will find the problem at the end of the year, of course they will address you a ugly letter about "your tax debt".
Well, thats WRONG, as soon as the victim report the problem to the government office, IRS should charge the taxes owned to the company where the applicant using a fake SS# was working at. After all, the employer didnt comply with the law regarding employment elegibility verification (E-Verify), so they are the ones to blame for the taxes owned and they should pay a huge fine and maybe the company could be taken to court by the victim (the one who got the ugly letter) and ask for a compensation ($$$).
Again we need to go after the bad Americans hiring illegals and hurting our economy.
