If only. They are suing in states all across the country for various reasons: driver's licenses, in-state tuition, American birth certificates for their children, etc. So far we have been operating as if they have the same constitutional rights as citizens. I don't know where or when that was decided or by whom.
It was decided by the Obama administration and his bigoted DOJ. If either of them followed the written law we would have much less of a problem.
No it was started by Reagan actually, and the ONLY way to stop the madness is to Stop Employing them!!Actually for those who hate facts but need them ...... Obama and his administration have deported more illegals than Both the Bush 's combined..

As I said under another topic there are three incentives that need to be removed, jobs, benefits and birthright citizenship for their kids. No, Obama has only allowed convicted criminal aliens to be deported. He has instructed Homeland Security to leave the rest alone. He implemented DACA and just this year he has allowed 5 million illegal aliens to remain here who have U.S. born kids. His deportation record is dismal.
