Illegal citizens do not qualify for benefits, their children do. And what kind of pro-life people have a problem with feeding children no matter what country they're from. You care about life or you don't, compassion does not have conditions.
The fact is if Canada welcomes and pays for them they'll go there instead of here if we don't . They just won't come here. Nobody wants to hurt children, and if you're using that below the belt crap nobody will take you seriously.
America has it's own poor kids they can't feed. Why take money from them to give to illegals? Why not let them go somewhere else for a change. Canada looks willing and ready to take on our problem, we need a break.

Trump's administration said to be preparing Executive Order taking welfare away from illegal and legal immigrants. Legal immigrants are not suppose to be able to get welfare already but the system is abused with little oversight. Actually, you are wrong. They do continue to collect welfare. And, no, they don't have to search for work under certain conditions and illegals aren't supposed to be searching for work, they simply depend on the anchor babies to bring in the monthly check and other benefits. Illegal aliens are not eligible to work in the USA.

Pregnant illegal aliens get maternity care from conception to birth. Illegal aliens use emergency room services at 3 times the rate of American citizens and the cost if picked up by Medicaid, the taxpayers.
