I don't understand why there are judges for deportations. You either have a visa or you don't.

To be fair: some illegal aliens MIGHT have legit political asylum claims. Their kind should have NO problem being detained till they see the judge, otherwise they can just go home.

They were being coached by the Mex govt to use that excuse too.

Isn't political asylum a different category from illegal immigration?
