It happens. Eddie Vedder has had a hard time getting play time for his "Into the Wild" songs which are anti-Bush.
Rage Against the Machine had the same problem back in the days.
Beastie Boys had the same issues with their latest CD which was very anti-war/anti-Bush.

You see, you can have free speech but it doesn't mean anyone is listening or brave enough to play it.

even though i'm not a big fan of country music, this song is pretty unique. actually i dont blame radio stations for not playing this. in this age of PC on steroids, any station that played this would have MECHa, the FCC, La Raza, Mexicans w/o Borders, and Bleeding-heart liberals trying to destroy their station.
