I am sure he didn't mean to slap the Misses around. Let him out of jail again. I wonder if Cuomo will order his release and cite what a good hard working family man he is. He can't say clean record anymore.

Our jails are full of American citizens who have beaten or killed their wives. Can we deport them too?

The key word there is "citizen". And yes, if they're naturalized and not native born they can be deported upon completion of their sentence.

ICE can't even move to deport this scum bag because he has other immigration cases and petitions working through he system. They can't go after him until those cases are concluded. The libs can drag this out for years. Pizzaman could shoot up a school full of children and NOT be deported. What a great country the United States is.

No, we are stuck with our citizens; however, we do not need more prisoners, i.e., illegal aliens who commit crimes who should not be here in the first place.
