I will say this, whatever that first guy was cooking looked pretty good to me!

But, if the law is no vending, then the law should be obeyed. If the law says you can sell things but only with a permit and/or OK by the health dept (in case of food), then those laws should be obeyed.

Tell me this, Californio --- is it all laws that can be ignored at will, or just immigration laws?
