For the past eight years, George Bush watched, and assisted as some eight to twelve million illegal migrants crashed U.S. borders to displace American workers while they wreaked chaos in American schools, hospitals and prisons. At press conferences, he said, “They do the jobs that Americans won’t do.” While reports show illegal aliens killed more Americans via drunk driving, murders and rapes than combat soldiers suffered death in Iraq and Afghanistan, Mr. Bush no longer speaks about illegal migrants doing the jobs that Americans won’t do. Gees! Can’t figure that one out now, can we?

At the same time, Bush and Congress gave away jobs by pushing for millions of H1-B and H2-B visas for foreign workers to displace American jobs. Bush worked hardest at offshoring, outsourcing and offshoring American jobs. He and Congress killed U.S. manufacturing. He finished the job that Clinton started!

WORST PRESIDENT IN HISTORY.....PERIOD!

does not now, nor has ever given a rats azz about the middle class. he's an elitist and a failed one at that. that moron has failed at every business he's ever started. and that's with daddy and daddys rich arab buddies backing him financially!

obama on the other hand may [MAY] make some much needed changes despite his very liberal leanings. he can't do any worse. what scares me is obamas position on illegal immigration. he's even worse than bush on that issue imo.

but what scares me most is we now have the same party in control of both the whitehouse AND congress. THIS IS NEVER A GOOD THING!

Said it before and I'll say it again. As weak as Bush is as a president he is but one man. The power of change rests firmly with congress and senate. The real bad guys once again got a walk for their many misdeeds.
Keep in mind most of the dirtbags that voted against securing our borders were re-elected. Most of the dirtbags who favor amnesty were re-elected. We have a very liberal congress and senate this in itself is a very bad thing when it comes to national defence and security. The libs tend to blame america first and have a self hate mentality. In the end they hope to apease our enemies through gifts in hopes that they might feel a measure of gratitude, which of course they do not. In the case of the Souhern border. Many libs feel that we some how owe Mexico a debt or at least penance because we are successful and they are not. Go figure.
Folks we are in trouble because the libs and the repubs understand one inherit fault of americans. We are short term thinkers and are cursed with a short term memory. We forget easily the lessons of the past. In short we forgive those elected reps who fail us and we re-elect them.

Great point, Convert . . . as planned many many years ago, CHECKS AND BALANCES. In fact, as much, if not more of the blame should be directed towards Congress.

Not a Dubya fan here and definitely do not agree with many of his policies, however, there have been no more attacks since 9/11. Hopefully, that same statement will be accurate when Obama leaves office.

He was extremely weak on the border. Obama will be worse. As stated by other posters, he is not solely to blame. How's that fence coming that was "funded" years ago?

Unfortunately, Rggr . . . I have a feeling you are correct!

Let's all hope and pray we are both wrong.

Yes, and he whined on about how we had to help Iraqis with jobs, education, food, and healthcare. What about TAXPAYING AMERICANS?

Just goes to show, another rich guy with no handle on what it takes to get by in the middle class.

Hey wait, he killed the middle class too.

Your words touch the core of my biggest fears. We have long passed the expiration date of the two party system in this country. Every election cycle I ask myself how long will it be before the majority of Americans wake up and realize that 2 party majority systems only serve those in elected office. The rest of us are deliberately divided to carry out the life long tradition of being pitted against one another.

Great Post, rep points coming your way!

Suffice to say: I agree with your thoughts for the most part and will leave it at that.
