The new "stimulus" jobs have given many illegal aliens hope. They are looking forward to taking those jobs, while U.S. citizens remain unemployed. Nothing will change, and the corporate masters will continue to enjoy their cheap illegal labor -- all made possible by the generous U.S. taxpayers.

Quote:
Thousands of N.C. jobs and millions in wages created from the federal economic stimulus package could wind up going to illegal immigrants.

Congress stripped language from the $789billion package that would have required employers to verify the legal status of workers paid with stimulus money.

The White House estimates the package will generate or save an estimated 105,000 jobs in North Carolina over the next two years.

While it's impossible to say definitively how many illegal immigrants will get jobs, multiple studies estimate at least 14percent of the construction labor force is in the U.S. illegally. Experts say actual numbers are likely much higher.

North Carolina could get $1.3billion for highway and school construction, which, based on federal estimates, could mean more than 5,000 jobs for undocumented workers.

“That's not right,” said Jon Holstead, 24, a Charlotte electrician helping to build Salome Church Road Elementary School near Lowe's Motor Speedway. “You have Americans out of work, but you have illegal immigrants coming to work.”

Then let the work place raids continue. Keep the BP hotline number handy.

All we can do is report the employers. I know for a fact mine will NEVER knowingly hire an illegal alien because I'm in charge of doing the paperwork. We had one gal with fake ID but she was discoverd and her employment was terminated. As far as I know she fled for fear of deportation. THAT'S how Americans use the system to fight back.

Growing unemployment creates growing resentment and anger. When unemployed Americans realize that illegal aliens are taking the jobs that Americans could be doing I think hell will be unleashed.

The illegal alien apologists and pro-illegal "civil liberties" groups better be damned well prepared to fight an extremely uphill legal battle.

The employment of illegals vs. Americans during the global recession? It's going to be ugly.

IMO, well then, it's time Americans filed suit against corporations that hire illegal aliens over them. Then their cheap labor won't be so cheap.

Congress? Harry ass and queen byatch Pelosi "personally" arbitrarily, no questions allowed, pulled the E-verify requirements for any companies receiving stimulus money. It's now the Democrats turn to betray the American people.
