Man if there is one thing I wish we had more of here, its Mexican food. I've had it with Indian food. Finding a Mexican restaurant here is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Sorry about your loss. From what I gather, you folks could use any chef you can possibly attract, regardless of WHERE he originates.....the loss of a chef in that environment, apparently, is something you can ill afford.
