While focusing on the debate of in-state tuition, it occurred to me: "Why would any state consider allowing wanted criminals to enroll in anything, let alone college?"

Think about it, why would 20+ states allowed this if it wasn't profitable and positive for their economy?
If they aren't legal they've spent years in another Country. Pay it back? Like the 5 million mostly foreclosed on houses from the housing boom that were bought by Aliens with illegal documents? Doesn't Mexico have schools? Doesn't Mexico have banks? Loans?

You think Illegals are helping the overall economy? They are only helping a few greedy business owners. How do the Illegals get jobs without false documents or working under the table (no taxes)? Please tell, we have time to wait for an answer.

Illegal aliens are criminals--------------including DREAMies and I would have no problem deporting same. If said kids were here legally; I am OK with that.

Because the Supreme Court ruled and most State's legislatures agree that its more important to the State to have an educated populace.

And they would be wrong when it includes illegal aliens. They need to be sent packing not educated in our schools.

In the real would illegal alien children are being educated in American schools.

If you dont like that, take it up with your state's legislature and the US Supreme Court.

I do understand your point of view and respect on certain issues (Schwarzeneger) but some immigrants (illegal or legal) see him as a example of the American dream, just letting you know. Plus, what we are talking about here are undocuemnted illegal immigrant students, mostly brought involuntarily, wanting to attend college. It's not as if they are killing someone, but rather have the desire to better themselves and become profressionals instead of just working in low skilled jobs when their dreams can take them to another level in this wonderful country of ours.

To answer your ironic questions. Here are my answers dude...

These foreclosed homes, yes some were illegal homeowners, are the result of American suburbanization and the rapid home appreciation rate in what we call "the buble", which are homes being appreciated at crazy rapid rates without any real backup.

Yes but about 45% according to Census Reports, are not Mexicans man, they are Europeans, Africans, Asiand and South American. Just feeding your ignorant mind with info :P!, Yes of course there are banks in Poland, Mexico, Russia, China and other parts of the world. Please just go to google and take a look at them

YES, illegals are helping out the overall economy. As our stupid government only allows high skilled workers, there is a gap left for low skill jobs (restaurants, gardeners, farms, etc..) so there are the illegals to fill it in. Yes they come from many reasons but most importatnly for the need of money, as other countries including Mexico, Poland, Serbia, Colombia etc. have higher percentages of low income populations then obviously and eventually you will see these groups come more often instead of others, think abou it. Regarding your "under the table, avoiding taxes" them going on, you're wrong, about 85% according to CNN (look it up), do pay taxes, so please do a little research and oh remember it's called GOOGLE, man. God Bless.

What I underlined I do not buy it. Especially in this deep recession. Besides; if employers were that desperate for unskilled help; they can obtain visas for folks from Mexico, etc.----------but, would be responsible for medical care, etc.
