First there was the illegal who ran a stop sign and killed 3 children riding home in a school bus.

She was using a srolen identity also.

That happened about 120 miles from me.
This week an incident happened about 15 miles from me. A 14 year old girl was riding her bike on the Lake Wobegon bike trail at 4 in the afternoon.
A 21 year old illegal knocked her off her bike, dragged her into tall grass and raped her.

In the paper he was quoted ( through an interpreter) that he choked her for awhile, then covered her mouth so she couldn't scream.

He said she said--" No"---but he can't understand English.

Thankfully he was arrested and is under half a nillion $$$$$ bail cuz he is a flight risk due to being an illegal.

Why is this happening?

If these people were escaped convicts, people would be screaming for tighter security cuz they never should have been out.

The same can be said for illegals------They never should have been here and thus those 3 kids would be alive and the 14 year old would not have been raped !

Welcome to the politically correct United States where illegal aliens are usually allowed to get away with whatever they please.

I don't know about there (Minnesota) but here where I live (Portland burbs), all one needs to do is look at the mug shots, and all the names on the police blotters, and the amount of Hispanics is shocking. And some people wonder why our jails never have space!

And yet posters on certain topics seem completely oblivious to this. There is one stupid thread about Hispanics (illegals) in states outside of California, trying to give the notion that they're all restricted to the southern border states! Illegals from south of the border are plentiful in everywhere, although its density may be sporadic in certain states.

It would be nice if you included links to your second story.

Me? It's in the California Forum. Thread:

Is California the only state with such a high number of Hispanics?

Well, I found a link to the second story:

Man faces assault charges after teen reports rape on trail | sctimes.com | St. Cloud Times

But no verification in it that he's illegal, just that he might not have given the police his real name.

BTW, "no" means the same thing in Spanish as it does in English (the OP might have taken some liberties with this story.). Last time I checked, rapists don't simply stop when you tell them "no".

Regardless of his legal status, this is a heinous crime, and he should be tried and given the sentence he deserves.

I live about 20 miles from the rape and the Wobegon Trail. I'm very angry about this Guatemalan b*****d. That poor girl punched, bit, and scratched but she was overpowered. I feel terrible for her.

It's not known for sure if he's an illegal.. INS is still investigating.

yes, that is one of the stories in the St Cloud Times.

There was further coverage in the Times a couple days later when he was charged and the judge ordered him held on a half million $$$ bail cuz he posed a flight risk.

Sorry folks, I didn't have to--take liberties--with my posts ( unless reporting what is in a news article is considered--taking liberties.
