According to our Constitution, it would be unconstitutional to restrict federally funded and operated programs, like free public healthcare for a human no matter who, what or where.
The supreme court would rule it unconstitutional and once passed, all illegals would have free healthcare, after the supreme court set the record straight.
So, President Obama, who knows the Constitution pretty well, knows it would be free healthcare for illegals. So, he did lie.
I can see the aftermath and how he will say "he didn't lie. He didn't give illegals free healthcare, the supreme court did."
He and the Democrat majority, have stomped on the constitution, pretty good, already. What's stopping them here?

Obama said that The Healthcare reform will not cover those here "illegally".
The reason he says this is because his goal is to pass the "Amnesty Bill" BEFORE! he passes the "Healthcare Bill" .
Have you read what he wants to do? He wants to tell them... your illegal, Pay this fine then get in the truck. See all those people in that line that want to be legal that we are already saying no to? your behind them. good luck.

I have not heard him put it quite like that.
The old saying actions speak louder than words comes to mind.
What has been this Admins actions?
Certainly not increased enforcment. In fact it can be argued that quite the opposite is true.
How about new laws that seek out the employers and penalize them with bigger and more harsh punishment? NOPE
He did say that he would make it legal for them to get a drivers license. That during his campaign. He also said that he doesn't like them to be refered to as illegal aliens. He prefered undocumented citizens instead.
Sorry but for me to believe that he is tough on illegal immigration I will need some actions to back up any statements.
During Obama's campaign, he pledged to "bring people out of the shadows" through a system that would allow the 12 million undocumented immigrants to pay a fine, learn English and go to the back of the line in the citizenship process.
"Opponents, mainly Republicans, say they will seek to mobilize popular outrage against any effort to legalize unauthorized immigrant workers while so many Americans are out of jobs," the Times said.
I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he will do what he said he want's to do.
its too early to tell, hasnt even been a year yet. I believe he wants to try.

That's all Obama's been getting since he was sworn into office is "the Benefit of the Doubt"
He's been saying one thing and then when the majority puts pressure on him, he says just the opposite.
He's a hipocritical oxymoron
Those darn liberal Democrats. We need more men like George W. Bush and John McCain, true conservative Republicans who are willing to take a hard stance on the illegal immigration issue.
