The news has just announced that the bi-partisan compromise Amnesty Bill has been agreed to by Kennedy, Kyl and the White House. It will not only give amnesty to the 35 million or more illegal aliens already here, it will TRIPLE chain migration to 750,000 a year AND add 400,000 guest workers a year!!!
It will add ANOTHER 30 million foreigners in just 13 years!!!
The bill itself is 1,000 pages of doublespeak that hasn't even been made available to read, and they have NO IDEA how much it will cost!!!
Now...if this doesn't make people see that both sides have an agenda here in our country, nothing ever will! YES! I am calling them, now! I suggest everyone else who cares bout America to do the same! Great Post!

I've been calling, writing, and faxing Washington for a couple of years. It will do no good because we are not in an election year.
Still, I'll do it again. But unless businesses and corporations start phoning saying they no longer want cheap Mexican labor then this thing is almost a lock.

While I understand your pessimism, we can't just give up. Call the House of Representatives, they were able to hold off the Amnesty Express last year, and they're much more susceptible to pressure from the home front.
Those of you in the state of California should call the number below and tell Senator John McCain's senior campaign advisor that if this bill passes, McCain's hope for the presidential nomination will die in California.

I knowthat none of us who oppose illegal immigration planned to vote for him anyway, however, he is aware of the fact that California is a major player in the Presidential primaries. Put the fear of God into him.
I called and shot off an email to Traitor McCain earlier. The person who answered the phone didn't really know what to say when I told them that if this farce passed the Senate, I would work diligently for any other presidential candidate to ensure that McCain didn't get California's endorsement.
Don't give up! Keep calling. Phone lines are busy and mail boxes are full. We must be having some sort of impact!

Oh yea? You don't say! Politicians know how much it will cost! Legislators are getting away with this because they know the American taxpayer is stupid! The financial cost to the American taxpayer will be in the trillions of dollars for every unskilled immigrant legalized. One reason for this is immigration reduces labor costs which in turn forces people who work to request financial assistance from government programs. More and more people will make a living by living off the government! The financial cost to the American tax payer to finance an immigrant and its offsprings education, health care, housing assistance, food stamps and a myriad of other government services is astronomical!
Taken for granted even if every unskilled immigrant works and pays taxes and procreates Highly educated and/or professional offspring it would take every American taxpayer over 300 years to pay off monetary additions each immigrant will attach to the national debt! Because of immigrations downward effect on Wages every unskilled immigrant grossly under pays their share of taxes into the US social security system. Not to mention taxes will augment for the American taxpayer reducing their take home salaries as well!

While I am still calling and faxing I agree that making the Americans feel like what they thinks matters is just a way to make us feel like we have a democracy when in fact, as always they will do what they want in the end. The whole reform, and bi partison comprimise is just a good cop bad cop show for the Americans.
Also it has been reported that many of these offices have stopped answering their phones because of getting so many opposing calls!
Again I knew this was going to happen because all Bush cared about was taking away the illegal term from illegal aliens to further help big buisness.

That's a good point. Focus on those who WILL be running in '08, like traitor McCain (Kennedy's a lost cause and always has been). Call people!
