Hello - Considering renting an apartment at River Walk Apartments, 1714 N 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47904. Any thoughts, suggests, advice, etc.?

There is a Lafayette, IN Facebook page.....named You know you're from Lafayette...... People are very helpful with advice.

Ummm...did you visit their website? The apartment pics look...wierd; one I saw had a livingroom? which appeared to be oddly shaped... IIRC.

...talk aboutcher maximizing the number of units to maximize your profit..

I dunno. Go for a look-see, let me know what you think. And, no, I'm not from Lafayette,
but it sure looks like a great place to live, from what I've read.

Avoid Sagamore Ridge Apartments unless you like freezing in the winter.

It was a shock to find that the apartments had single-pane windows with no storm windows and the patio doors didn't seal properly. We broke our lease after one month and moved. We had kids and I didn't want to see them in the hospital with pneumonia.
