Hello, my family and I are moving to Montpelier in early March. My husband is from there but Im originally from North Carolina. Im just wondering if anyone on here is from around there. Also if anyone knows of any homes that are for rent out there or rent to own? We want to live in a home that has quite a few acres, and are even looking into getting a farm loan and buying a home with quite a few acres, but they are few and far between. So far we have only come accross city homes. Im worried about living in the city out there because I have heard bad things about it. Is it a safe place? Sorry so many questions. If anyone can give me any advice about this place it would be much appreciated!
