Can folks here please help us with the popular neighborhoods in West Carmel in the 250k-350k range. Schools for kids are very important. Looking at the recently sold homes, it looks like

Village of west clay, Heather knoll (ryland), Hayden run (ryland), saddle creek, springmill ponds/ crossing, clayborne, lakes at hayden run, lakes at towne road, weston place

are the popular neighborhoods. Am i correct in assuming that or am i missing some or most ?

The reason for finding a popular neighborhood is simple. We might have to sell in a few years time or at a moment's notice so quick resale is most important.

I have friends who recently sold their home in Springmill Ponds in less than a week, in the $350 price range.

I love that neighborhood!!!

Also, it's in Westfield but in general area of West Carmel, a neighborhood called Centennial, it's between Ditch and Spring Mill roads just north of 146th street. Very nice neighborhood....

That whole area is great. Not sure about the neighborhoods but have heard good things about Heather Knoll. Also there is a neighborhood at Shelbourne and 146th (that general area) that's pretty good, not sure what the name is... It's a Drees neighborhood, I think.

Generally, you can't go wrong with any of the neighborhoods in that area... I said generally speaking!
