Maybe Italy, since they got downgraded last night.
I'm getting persnickety about even daytrading right now. Don't wanna have a position and then Greece defaulting on the most unexpected day and all markets plunging. I'm thinking, let them default ASAP and let's get it over with.

Uncertainty is worse than the default itself

And you fellas see the slow and legible events which point inevitably to the fact that a major crisis is lurking around like the elephant in the room.

Downgrade of French banks.

Rogue trading with UBS (allegedly)

China halting Forex swaps

Companies doing a run on French banks (possibly wary of exposure to Greek debt)

Downgrade of Italy.

Even to the best of optimist in terms of solving the Euro zone, this does not sound great. The question is when? And how much the world will react?

I'm taking a break from daytrading, until something tangible is set for Greece and its bloody default. Too much anxiety on two fronts is not good for me at the moment Taketh my profits thus far and waiteth.

Good buying opportunities today. I am monitoring AKS & SWC both of whom are getting towards book value. I also like PCX where the selling has been overdone, IMHO. These are all stocks I have been tracking for some months and they are looking cheap to me.
