Buy 232 shrs of SDOW @ 42.98

Normally, I'm not comfortable entering a trade during a market correction. This is a lesson in risk management for me.

Is this what I should buy if I want to short the DOW?

The risk/reward factor is a much greater than that. It is shorting 3 times DOW. That's why I'm trading a much smaller position than I normally do.

Even though they're inevitable, market corrections are still going against the normal course of the stock market over the long term. That's why entering a trade during this time has to be done and watched very cautiously.

I think he probably already sold it. We have a lot of short term traders here.

Actually, I did sell it for a small loss when the market was still up. Like I said, I get nervous when shorting, especially with an ETF like this since it is very risky.

I'm going to have to do some more reading and get more experience before I'm more comfortable doing this. You always live to fight another day in the market.

Good for you! Hang in there and learn. That's the beauty of the market.

I learned some years back that short term trading was just not for me. We all have to find our own style, I guess.

Wall St. is still acting like a spoiled brat who isn't getting what he wants. No more QE?!! Well he's going to have a tantrum!

Let's see how long this tantrum lasts.
