Is Bond market at it's historically lowest level?? (trading, currency, returns)

I'm talking about government bonds.

I mean just look at it.

Even banana republics are barely giving returns more than 10%

And i didn't even start with negative returns

Those are all local-currency nominal returns. Without knowing the rate of relative inflation/depreciation (or deflation/appreciation) of those currencies vs the U.S dollar, it's impossible to say whether those are low or high.
