Hating muslims (people) is entirely different - and abhorrent.

It is not abhorrent to hate people who support evil or do evil. It's justice.
Hate:
a : intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury
b : extreme dislike or antipathy : loathing <had a great hate of hard work>
I hate Nazis. I hate Stalin. I hate Muhammed. I hate members of NAMBLA. I hate terrorists and all people who support evil and those who do evil.
It is popular to condemn 'haters'...especially Muslims like to do this. But it matters WHAT you hate.
In this case, the hate originates from Islam. So, Islam promotes hate and rape and slaughter and torture and pedophilia and slavery. The followers of this ideology in turn hate the people who are against Islam's evils and call them haters.
So, the followers of evil and hate call those against the evil and hate from Islam...haters! An interesting tactic to defend evil and hate while damning the people who stand for good.
The interesting issue is ... why is it so hard to judge individual followers of evil ideologies? Continuum made an excellent observation:
" In the thirties there were lots of negative comments against the Nazi and Germans.
Do you called those who criticized and condemned Nazi, Hitler and Germans as Nazi Haters.
As far as I know no one labelled them 'Nazi Haters' in general."
I think it has to do with political correctness, which Muslims push to their advantage. Also, most people do not like to judge individuals, thinking all individuals are different. But all Muslims, like all Nazis, follow the same ideology. So you can judge them on the ideology they choose to follow.
