To start out I am 100% in favor for modestly. I think modesty is beautiful. However, I think wearing a long, floral dress and a hijab is sufficient enough. When I was a child, and when I used to see women wearing burqas that cover the entire face, I used to get scared of them (I was innocent so you can’t say I’m biased).
Also, keep in mind that Islam requires people to wear clothes that is presentable. The pic that I send do not look presentable. It looks repulsive and scary. Like I said I think modestly is beautiful but don’t you think we should not take it to extremes? The lady in the picture below looks very presentable,elegant, simple and modest. What do you think?

Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils)* all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). 'Aisha(R.A.) used to say: "When (the Verse): 'They should draw their veils over their necks and bosoms,' was revealed, (the ladies) cut their waist sheets at the edges and covered their faces with the cut pieces."
Hadith - Abu Dawud, Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin
When the verse "That they should cast their outer garments over their persons" was revealed, the women of Ansar came out as if they had crows over their heads by wearing outer garments.

You gave the wrong verse number, and wrong interpretation in the brackets.
The verse number is 33:59 (not 33:5) and there was no such thing as "cloak" that they could suddenly PULL UP over their heads and face at the time.

Every country has its own fashion and style the first two burqa mostly used in Iran and Afghanistan and the third one is the style of Turkey People. Getting Burqa is your decision. But in third pic your part of the body are visible.
