OH, the IRONY!
So ironic, that they're tearing down one hideous piece of
"International Style Modern" , to build a NEW piece of hideous, depressing,
"International Style" Modern.
The colors are even the same. Only significant difference is, this one is way bigger, so the ugliness will have much more "visual impact".

I drove by construction site. Are they going to tear down the whole Valley Title building, or renovate the multi-story building that's currently standing?
