Are those area safe? It's nice and clean.... I was thinking to apply for a mortgage and buy one of those 3 beds and renting out 2 of them. Any advice, idea? Thanks...

A quick search on COJ.com crime mapping site shows nothing major in the past month. A couple simple battery and a couple theft. Those were with in 1/4 mile of the address.
