My wife has to undergo a series of tests at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. We will have spend a few days there. Can anyone recommend a reasonable motel/hotel near the Mayo Clinic? I have never been to Jacksonville, so I don't know the area at all. Thank you for reading.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites SE is closest to the Mayo Clinic and reasonable in my opinion for around $118 a night including a free breakfast and free shuttle to Mayo if desired. Book under the "patient discount" rate with this link...

The Hampton Inn on Marsh Landing Pkwy is right over the intracoastal, and I'm pretty sure they have a van that takes you right to the Clinic. Its near everything convenient like Target, etc.

There's a Courtyard by Marriott on the south end of the clinic property.

Surprisingly few hotels in the area.

I second the Hampton Inn at Marsh Landing. Hard to tell what's happening now, but they do have a van that goes to Mayo. They also have wheel chairs in the lobby.

This Hampton Inn is nice because it's near stores, Publix, and restaurants. Don't know what's open now, but usually lots of restaurants walking or short drive.

They have a special Mayo Clinic rate so don't book online - call the hotel directly. (904) 280-9101
