There's a cool NASA satellite of the storm on weather.com.

Here's a link, but they have it on a loop, so if it doesn't pull up the NASA footage, you can look for the link in the sidebar on weather.com. The satellite looks cooler as it progresses :

Thanks Riveree that is an awesome video. I whenever I see images and videos of hurricanes, I just can't get over how utterly majestic they look.

Unhappy Um should I be scared....

I will be moving to Jax soon, is there alot of hurricane weather, or any other types I shoule be forwarned about, things I should be aware off, should buy just in case....

From what I have heard, this doesn't happen very much. For the most part storms go off to the south and don't hit us that bad. With that said this has now turned into a hurricane and all bets are off.

We filled water containers, made sure we have non-perishable food, etc. Well, we also made sure that the liquor cabinet is full so we can drink our way through the storm.........
