To me its where the org City Limits were back in the 1960s Before Jacksonville became All of Dual Co. So when I say I want to move to Jacksonville Thats where I want to be!!

I remember the Times Union describing the intersection of St. Johns Bluff & JTB as the new epicenter of Jacksonville. That was before the 9A overpass was installed.
