To clarify, when I meant "conservative" in my earliest post, I didn't mean Republican. I meant "more traditional" or "keeping things the same". I didn't mean to sound political. For those who misinterpreted my post, I apologize for bringing politics into this thread.

i am actually happy that jax got the exposure of hosting the SB, i just dont see it happening again. not sure if you knew this, but the ONLY reason CHI doesn't get the SB is because it's ****ing freezing here. Again, in case you didn't know this, soldier field isn't a dome.

anyhoo- i got nothing against jax. my whole family lives there and i visit twice a year. i think it's funny to point out the rednecks and nascar and all the other quirky stuff about the town. i'm not gonna be offended in the least if you rip on chicago, so feel free. it's cold here and we are over one thousand miles from the nearest ocean. let's see.. what else? there are fat people here... uh... it's the midwest... the Cubs haven't won the WS in 100yrs and the Bulls also stink. see? i'll clown my own city.

So are you a full-blown Cubs and Bulls fan now? I'm hoping to hit up the United Center when the Rockets come to town...as a Houston fan, though. And I do want to go see the hawks play...I've never been to a hockey game and they're doin pretty well this year.

not really a SUPER FAN of any of them. i go sit in the bleachers at wrigley and pretty much watch a total of two or three innings while drinking. been to one bulls game in eight yrs and actually made it to a few bears games back right when i moved here (lived in streeterville, so it was a bike ride to get there). the hawks are doing well, might be fun to see one of those games...

Jacksonville should never host anyone or anything unless it's a Baptist Preacher, or JSO meet. Look at what they've done so far, tried to lock up Elvis, denied Lynard Skynard, and I am surprised they didn't FAYAL in the Super Bowl. Jack should stick to hosting N-sync, Sesame Street, and Barney. Never should they try to host another Super Bowl. Besides, I won't have to worry about that later, Jacksonville will lose the Jaguars, they will probably be in LA when the lease is up. No other franchise sucks as badly, as far as ticket sales are concerned. People in Jacksonville have a limited brain compacity when it comes to remembering anything but murder, rape, and child molestation. When First Baptist Church moves out, then Jacksonville will be allowed to grow. Southern Baptist are the death of the south! Hail Satan if it get's rid of them. Thank God the north won the war.

Please tell us how you really feel ....get it all off your narrow chest and tell the nice people here what exactly troubled you with what that bad, bad JSO policeman did to you with his big baton. Remember confession is good for the soul..I think a Baptist Preacher said that...

And tried to lock up Elvis..LOL that was in 1956 (my mother was at that show at the Florida Theater) all that happened was Juvenile court judge Marion Gooding warned Elvis in chambers after the first show that he must tone down his act. Elvis told reporters 'i can't figure out what I'm doing wrong'. Elvis modifies his show nonetheless, wiggling his little finger suggestively with a gesture that replaces some of his less restrained body movements and at the same time still drives the audience wild. No arrests were made.
Lynyrd Skynyrd <correct spelling>denied? By whom, when and where?
Hail Satan? my, my you are taking chances, with your credability.
